I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I have some initial questions.
Is this an issue with a preloaded Yoga workout? Or with one downloaded from Connect? And how long are you waiting to allow the video to display? Testing the preloaded workouts, it appears the name of the pose appears first with no image, for about 5 seconds. Then the video of the pose displays. But may only show for a couple seconds, before displaying only the timer.
If you have not already, try testing this with more than one Yoga video, and specifically a preloaded one.
If you have not already, try a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off, then power on again. If this issue continues, please reach out to me via Private Message with your findings, so I can help investigate this further.
Suggestion to improve. Could you please not include the videos to timer and show them before timer starts. Now you might have 15 second yoga pose you're not familiar with and after the video countdown there's like 7 seconds left to do the pose. Would better to show the pose and then start the timer.
