Crash in Pool Swim activity

Every time I start Pool Swim activity the watch reboots

I am on 11.89.

I have the exact same problem. 11.89, fenix 8 solar, 51mm

and it was indoors at a water temperature of 25 degrees Celsius

It also happens out of the water!

i used open water instead, which worked-without gps tracking though, since i swam indoors

My FR235 has just recently started to do the same. I have been using Pool Swim for many years without this problem. Now my watch crashes (blank screen, doesn’t respond to button presses) after I have selected Pool Swim, when I press the button to start. What is the solution for this problem?
