Hello,
despite having been helped by Garmin support, last week during the Beta, testing by resetting the activities (Walk and Hike) with "Restore Defaults"
which have enhanced temporary the Navigation behavior. I was also able to get TBT on the watch loudspeaker.
This morning, a simple Routing calculation was not possible on my Fenix 51mm Amoled.
Very very long calculation: around 2 minutes for a destination at 700 meters in straight line, following a boulevard.
So no topographic difficulties. The destination was already in my watch.
And the result:
As the destination is my home, I have also tried:
- With Apple Map to choose another number in the street -> same result.
- WIth my watch to get "Back to the Start" -> same result.
- On my watch to change from Routing to Direct -> same result.
So no navigation yet.
I have also used the Course navigation and it was quick to be displayed on the watch. No issue there.
But Routing navigation is still a mess.
And as I'm soon going to be dropped in foreign cities I was counting on my Fenix to guide me...
