There is still no Option to Change the Brightness in low Light environment in 11.89
It is nearly not readable, there must be an Option to change this!

Thanks, yes I know the problem is known,
but it's been known for a month now
and I don't think it can be that difficult
to make an option to also make the dimming level adjustable
just like the normal…
I second this. The display is completely unreadable in low light mode.
A temporary workaround is to activate the flashlight. This also makes the display light up. The display dims down after a while so…
Thank you !! I was afraid my watch was defective.
Amoled display is great but it’s dimmed too much when in dark mode environment…

Thanks, yes the workaround works, I tested it.
Now I'm hoping for a quick solution from Garmin.
I just don't understand why this problem didn't exist with the Epix 2
and Garmin has now changed this for the worse for the Fenix
Same here, jsut got my amoled and cant read it well in low light, WTF!!??? I am discovering this is a known issue but for a £1000 watch!? It's going back to the shop in the morning.
8 weeks since Garmin said the brightness issue will be fixed. My watch has to get returned for a refund as this is unusable in low light.
What workaround is there for this brightness issue please?
The only way I have found is to activate the flashlight (press the button on the top left twice),
the brightness generated also brightens for the display.
For me this is an inexplicable bug, for a watch like this at this price and for 2 months now or more,
still no solution, incomprehensible!!!
Thanks for that. Yes flashlight workaround. Its a total fail though to have to double press to get flash on. Think the watch will go back for full refund shortly unless a fix is with us in the next 2 weeks.
You might have a hardware issue. Mine is pretty bright in the dark room. Mine is 47mm AMOLED and the brightness setting is default.
