Can someone explain why there is a different recommendation from Garmin watch and Garmin Connect?
I had a different problem. After running with Garmin Coach, the watch recorded the activity, then reset (FW 11.88beta), after which the algorithm did not count the workout towards training load, so the statistics of short-term training load, training readiness, recovery time were not recalculated. What's more, Garmin Coach gave me the same workout today as yesterday. And ok, but pace and threshold workouts should not be done day after day, especially since the algorithm clearly did not recognize this workout and did not count it towards added training values.
