I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. You may be able to resolve this by reinstalling the SW version with these steps:
Check on watch your version of wireless. Also ANT/BLE/BT should have to be in 28.83. If it is 0.00 instead of 28.83 it means it has not updated during system update and you have to send back your watch…
So, Garmin Express new updated removed the existing software from the watch and replaced it with a zero update. It's crazy. They should have waited and get all these crazy issues resolved before releasing…

The watch will reboot. Once completed, see if the Wireless version is showing in the menu. If this is still missing, I would recommend contact Garmin Product Support.
