HRV stress test

Hi,

I got my Fenix 8 yesterday and tried a run today. Before that, I tried to find the HRV Stress test but I can´t find it. Is it replaced by the Health Snapshot?

It is the Health Snapshot on F8. You have to wait 2 minutes also instead of 3.

Hi, ok - but I really miss the result of "training readiness" that gave me a score of low to high as mentioned in the link above. Or can I see that score elsewhere?

Not aware there’s been a specific HRV stress test. Also unsure what you mean.

Thanks for your answer. I did this test every other day on my Epix 2 but it seems to have disappeared on the Fenix 8.

Good heavens. Thanks for this I was not aware of its existence. I wonder if it's been removed because HRV is now assessed continuously and also available in the Health Snapshot as you said? Maybe contact Garmin Support for answers.

Training readiness is also available and can be found in the Training glance on the watch up or also set up on the Home screen on the GCM app.
