Fenix 8 11.68 Garmin Pay problem

After updating to version 11.68, Garmin Pay on my watch stopped working. Payment attempts were declined. I tried to resolve this by removing the card and resetting Garmin Pay. However, I am now unable to add the card back. After entering a new code, a window appears with terms to accept. When I click 'continue', I receive an error message stating 'Configuration failed'. None of the troubleshooting steps I've tried, such as resetting the app, removing the watch, etc., have been successful.
