Activity recorded but not uploaded to Garmin connect

Today I finished and stored a block activity, everything seemed fine on the watch but it wasn't uploaded to Garmin connect and the strength part of the block was erased.

I tried syncing, checking calendar, totals, etc. and the site wasn't down, it just didn't upload the activity so I recorded as a manual entry.

Hopefully this is nothing but a minor thing, has anyone experienced this issue ?

Same problem today with fenix 8! First time I recorded a multisport activity on fenix 8, the activity is on the watch but it doesn't transfer to GC, when I manually transfer it,(I found the file in internal/garmin/activity ) it says a file error !!

Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Assume this was a run and strength training?

This will work - 2025-01-07-13-02-55-fixed.fit

There were 2 running sessions, which I merged into 1. Not sure if that was your intention.

Great, first was 15min run, then 1h10min strength training second run was accidentally recorded, accidental button press, but everything is great, thank you !
