Where can I find maps for Pakistan & can someone give me an idiot proof guide for installing these maps and what settings to turn on for a novice.i am using the Fenix 8 Amoled 47mm

Please guide, I have tried to download a couple of maps and put the imvg file in the Garmin folder on the watch but none of them seem to show enough data.

the map is downloaded to the watch in a folder named garmin

choose utf 8 if you want to see the names in your language, if in Latin then latin1

I chose just osm, but also downloaded opentopo and

openfietsfull, but I don't know yet how to switch them on the watch itself

to view maps use the basecamp from the garmin website
