The Fenix 8 and Garmin Virb 360: Where’s the Compatibility Issue?

I was able to easily control the Garmin Virb 360 using my Fenix 6. The marketing materials mention that the Fenix 8 is also compatible with the Garmin Virb, but I haven’t found any way to connect the devices. In the add sensors and devices menu, there is no option to select the Virb.

Garmin have scrapped sensors from the watch. Xero series hunting sights are also on the list of things not to be added to the watch

Yes, but on the Fenix 8 product page under the compatible devices tab, the Garmin Virb is listed.
