Audio Quality Music Player (Amazon Music)

I've been using the Fenix series since the 5th and the audio quality was always very bad through headphones....I was hoping that they would work on this a bit with the Fenix 8...is it as bad for you as well or is it because of Amazon Music and the songs transferred from it?

I'm not quite sure what you expect, but Fenix BT audio is through SBC codec. So if you have good ears and good headphones you might hear "crappy audio" e.g. transcoding artifacts.

It is fine with for me with spotify & airpods pro 2, comparable with what I was getting on apple watch. Definitely try another service or mp3 file.

If I am pairing good receivers, phones and offline music by Deezer, I can hear it. But I use music with bone conduction phones while doing sports... so that does not matter to me

I just got fenix 8, having had a descent mk2i, and the improvement in music quality is incredible on stereo setting, I'm not sure what codec it's using but it's on apar with the LDAC quality my phone puts out

It has the same Bluetooth chip with Fenix 7 series, so it should be similar or a bit better.
