Fenix 8 Bluetooth Connected / Disconnected notifications

I don’t seem to be able to turn off the connected disconnected Bluetooth notifications on my Fenix 8.
I have my Phone in the house and everytime I walk around I get a connected or disconnected notifications, hundreds of times. This is super annoying as I don’t know how to torn them off. Looks like many more people had the same issue for years, not sure why they are not muted by default. Maybe someone can help me where to turn this off?

Have you tried Watch settings -> Notifications&Alerts -> System Alerts -> Phone Off

yes this works, but then I do not get any notification when my phone rings.

I don't believe this is true, I get phone alerts (calls, apps etc) and this setting is 'off' for me.

It is true for me though. I do not get any connection alerts any more (thank god), but also do not get notified when m phone rings.

These should be separate, and controlled from the Smart Notifications section. Do you have the enabled there?

Ahh I see, thanks for the hint, it now works thank you. This is very confusing though to be honest.
-> Notifications&Alerts -> System Alerts -> Phone Off (Bluetooth off)
-> Notifications&Alerts -> Smart Notifications -> On
