Problem with outdoors Maps +

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the outdoors Maps + topo pro map. After downloading the area in m’y country (France), when I try to switch to the topo pro layer, the map becomes exactly like the integrated map without any detail except HD shadows and buildings. Same problem with the France topo layer. I'm forced to stay with the basic topoactive map.
Deleting and re-downloading the map doesn't solve the problem. I think it's more to do with a bug in the watch software.

I bought this too. I have NO idea what it does. I just get a map. No zoom in/out , no scrolling, no nothing. Did I waste 50 bucks or maybe I'm just stupid.

The problem is still present even after the transition to version v11.64

Yes, it looks like this feature, to select specific map is not implemented. Only the TOPO Active and Basic maps are available. I also open this topic related to TOPO PRO maps two weeks ago. And still without Garmin response.

This is disgusting as you've paid for these maps I have similar problem I'm sick of Garmin

Good day,

I no longer have the problem with the purchased maps since the penultimate update, so you should no longer have any problems with version 12.35.

Download the map to your watch via Garmin Express.

Disconnect the watch and go to watch settings via the middle left button,

then click on Map and Navigation,

and finally click on Map Manager,

Now just scroll down until you reach your map and press the top right button.

Now just exit the menu and you're done.
