Temperature readings on the watch

Does anyone know what exactly a low skin temperature means? I read on the Polar website that if this temperature measurement is on the high side you can become ill, but I vaguely read something about lower temperatures. Lower temperatures can occur quite often due to environmental factors, such as a colder room temperature or sleeping with your hand outside the covers. But what does it mean health-wise? Is it good is it bad? I've been sitting at my PC for two hours and my temperature is 26 degrees according to the watch. What should I do with this measurement? I don't really understand much of it. I'm not worried haha, but I'm just curious what it exactly means and what exactly I should do with this pre-installed app.
