If you do Indoor Treadmill, it will also work when you just hold your Hands at the bar?
No. You'd need the HRM-Pro chest strap, or wear the watch on your ankle in such case

... in fact the F8 manual tells you need a 1.5 miles (2.4 km) treadmill run (shown on the watch) in order to calibrate the distance, so it is longer than at other models:

I can confirm that option shows on my fenix 8. I just completed 15km run and had the option to calibrate and save at the end
Just out of curiosity, if you calibrate and correct the distance, does it recalculate the average pace or do the two remain out of sync?

Hello.
If you do Indoor Treadmill, it will also work when you just hold your Hands at the bar?
Will you be able to fix the Steps, distance as well as the climbed floors?
Thank you.

Neither steps nor floors can be edited. Floors are counted only if you physically change the elevation (measured by the barometric altimeter)
