What's the normal period between a bug and a solution from Garmin?

Major upgrade
Beta Phase - 1 by Quarter - Next Quarter Q4 October-December
New numbering, today 11.60, maybe 12.xx or 13.xx ... (Garmin choice)
New features, Improvement, bugfix
---
Minor Upgrade
the major update 12.xx will probably be for the end of November or December which in absolute terms is not serious.
On the other hand it would be good if Garmin quickly released a corrective update 11…
I wonder what the pressure was to release this watch prematurely?
I don't believe the update of the Apple Watch this week would be enough to push a half baked product to market. Are these really competition…
Tomorrow. If not then it’ll be the day after tomorrow.
good question They have many bug to fix but how long we can wait...
Sometimes in a month, sometimes in 3 months, sometimes never. There is no normal period, Garmin is all over the charts with its software development. They structured quarterly updates but actual bug fixing is not structured at all. So, it depends on how important Garmin thinks the issue is.

Fenix 7 / Epix 2 example
the major update 12.xx will probably be for the end of November or December which in absolute terms is not serious.
On the other hand it would be good if Garmin quickly released a corrective update 11.xx, they released one last week: 11.60 with a correction of a translation problem, when I read this log I had to reread it 3 times before believing it, especially since the translation to this day is still not perfect.
In short, to summarize, an 11.xx update would be really welcome even if in my opinion we will still have to wait a few days or even weeks, because there it is impossible to trust the watch to take it on the move.
Probably very soon given that it's their premier device and enough people are apparently raging about it. No one's got hard dates.
if you remember the previous watches release, which were as broken as the fenix 8, it actually took weeks usually, not days.
so anywhere between 2 days and in 5 weeks is a good crystal ball answer ;)
unbelievable that it is possible that they release a 1100 euro watch with so many problems. One is more serious than the other, but this really can't be right!
Releasing update does not mean all bugs will be fixed. They might issue several updates to fix some issues but it will take much longer than few days/weeks to fix all bugs.
I wonder what the pressure was to release this watch prematurely?
I don't believe the update of the Apple Watch this week would be enough to push a half baked product to market. Are these really competition for Garmin watches? It is my understanding that Apples' focus is much more on smart watch.
