Is it possible to play voice notes from phone or PC?

Not yet but I would imagine that you’ll be able to sync your watch to GC to access the VN’s externally with a future update.

Almost 100%. The plan will likely be to have the voice notes accessible from the recorded activity (both via location on the map) and as a list. It'll also likely be accessible in a global list outside of activities.

I will second this query, as not being able to somehow extract those on-the-go memos to some sort of a working environment rather defeats much of the purpose, and I agree that can't be too much of a challenge to implement.

So far they are unable to deliver stable basic features, that should be already in the watch, so in my opinion this is not their priority. I would be positively surprised if this is delivered one year from now.

does voice notes accessible as files in watch file system so I can download it when watch connected to PC via USB cable?
