I think it would be really easy for Garmin to stick a post above, saying "we read the forum, we know about the errors, of course we are working on them, please be patient".
Instead, everyone here is upset and there is absolutely zero communication about anything happening. It would be at least a faint promise that e.g. turn-by-turn navigation will work again.
Three new models appeared, three such two-sentence posts should be posted.
