Calculator

Hello everyone!

I’ve got a question regarding a calculator. I switched to Fenix 8 from Fenix 7. Great watch but software is quite glitchy and still contains some bugs that other members already mentioned in other posts. I would like to ask about the calculator app. Some time ago Garmin introduced calculator to Fenix 7 with some useful features like units and currency converter. Now it’s gone in F8. Are you planning to bring it to new smartwatches? It was a very useful tool that I used all the time. It would be nice to be able to use it on my new watch too.

Hey,

Please check the changelog for the upcomming version ,maybe that app calculator from the changelog is what you are looking for

Yes very useful and available on IQStore. The converter of the Garmin version is very handy !
But for now on, only the Calculator from r.485 is available for the F8 and not converter on it...

Guys, I updated from a 6 pro and am thinking about selling my 8 and going back to the 6. Really seems a downgrade to me.

We're all different but the 8 does not seem to get on with me. Missed steps, stairs, sleep, naps, vo2 max changes ridiculously, hrv hasn't been green in months despite being late 20s to mid 30s since I had fenix 5. Lagging, can't use iron Grit a pre installed watch face I love because there's no ram. And auto brightness seeming broken.

Doesn't feel like a cheap watch yet alone a flagship.

Maybe I was unlucky?
