Fénix 8 amolde 47mm keeps changing screen alone

It happened like 1-2 everyday. I’m at work moving and doing stuff and when I look to the watch I find it deep in some menu. Changing the widgets or inside the map of weather, like it has gone inside the menu.

I don’t really know if it goes through the touchscreen or by the buttons but it is annoying…

anyone suffering this?

    I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. Have you tried enabling the Touch lock?

    I have not noticed this yet. As I understand it, the buttons are inductive. If the watch is subjected to a strong electromagnetic field, I wonder if a button could trigger?

    Hello

    I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. Have you tried enabling the Touch lock? 

    To lock touch screen during General use: 

    1. Hold the Middle left button
    2. Select Watch Settings
    3. Select Display and Brightness
    4. Ensure Touch lock is enabled

    To lock touch screen during Activities: 

    1. Hold the Middle left button
    2. Select Watch Settings
    3. Select Activities
    4. Select the desired activity
    5. Select the activity settings
    6. Select Touch Lock
    7. You can set this to On, Or Don't Change if you have this On for General Use

    When the display is locked, to unlock this, you will just swipe the Lock icon down the middle of the display.
