First & foremost, this is a new watch and there shouldn’t be a single person who bought the watch that doesn’t expect hiccups in the beginning of a release. That said, I’d like to create a thread where we can centralized peoples problems based on your own usage. Maybe this helps Garmin as long as this thread stays on track and avoids arguments

Diving App - 1. The Compass heading (top widget) is too small, it needs to increase in size. 2. No Fly Time (Surface Interval) to include the option of a 24hr (no fly time). This is an option on the MK3i. 3. When you hit the button combo to save a heading, the screen occasionally changes.

    I’m sure lots of bugs. But something from a function standpoint when you go down your widgets it feels choppy and not smooth for  a premium product. Not a bug but worth mentioning and I hope they make this more fluid and feel more analog. It’s a fine line between analog and to much animation.

    I completely agree. Also, the widget menu is a bit choppy for a €1,200 product, although I think that's due to the energy-saving processor, which makes the watch last 29 days. if you've ever had an Apple Watch, you know that everything there is as smooth as possible. but you always charge the battery in 2 days. so we'll see if Garmin brings any improvement in this direction in an update

    Yes had a few apples, not after Apple smooth, but take a Casio things feel digital but super responsive and consistent every click, same as my previous MIP garmins,  this needs improvement. What’s cool is the haptic feedback is giving it a analog feel (good potential) but needs improvement.

    When I use my hrm pro plus for running, it doesn't actually use the hrm data, it still uses the optical heart rate from the watch. I can see the green lights still flashing and when I take my watch off when I'm running, the heart rate field becomes blank for a few seconds and then it switches to the hrm data. As soon as I put my watch back on I can see it switches back to the watch heart rate monitor. To prevent this I have to turn off the "wrist heart rate" in "health and wellness". But it's really frustrating as I sometimes forget to turn it back on after my run.

    I've looked in all the settings but didn't find anything I could change to prevent this.

    I never had any problems with my fenix 7 and my epix pro.

    Purtroppo guardando anche le recensioni dei "big" si notava sin dal primo giorno che Si graffiano tutti anche senza  picchiare da nessuna parte. Sono tutti segnati anche quelli dei miei amici. In 20 giorni sembra che abbiano un anno di vita. Questo modello si graffia anche solo quando lo guardi per rispondere alla classica domanda di qualcuno: che ore sono?!!     :)

    No white background

    no auto-lock during acrivities

    The simple wathfaces from F7 is missing. Readability on the new watcfaces are poor.

    Anche a te la luminosità rimane automatica anche se togli il risparmio energetico? Non riesco a tenerla sempre al massimo anche in situazioni di poca luce ambientale

    Si, confermo. Un sacco di bug e crash. Adesso si riavvia anche quando rispondo al telefono per utilizzo microfono integrato. Si spegne alla risposta e passa in automatico sul telefono. Ieri si è spento pagando contactless

    Does anyone know if the automatic do not disturb feature is available on the Fenix 8 51 mm?
