fenix 8 solar mip vs 7 screen?

Is the screen readability/brightness improved on the fenix 8 solar? I like my f7XSS (non-pro), but would upgrade if the 8 is brighter. I don't realy like the amoled screen watches, so please don't say the amoled is brighter.

Yes, it's clearer and brighter because it's missing the solar glass which robbed the screen of 10% of its transmissive properties.

It now looks like the old Fenix 7 non solar screens.

Maybe Enduro 3 could be the best choice if you are looking for MIP display.

lower price, but maybe too similar to the F7Xss (without mic/speak)
