fenix 8 controls menu

Changes that I make in the controls menu of the fenix 8 are not transferred to the connect app after a sync. Please fix this error.

    I am sorry to hear this is not working correctly. I was not able to reproduce this concern. So I would recommend trying a couple steps initially.

    I am sorry to hear this is not working correctly. I was not able to reproduce this concern. So I would recommend trying a couple steps initially. 

    • Ensure the phone's OS and the Connect Mobile app is on the latest version. 
    • Try completing a hard reset on the watch. For this, hold the upper left button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
    • You may also consider removing the watch from the Connect app, and pairing this again. If you do this, be sure to remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth menu, before pairing.
