Physio True-up Fenix 8

Hi all.

Cant seem to find Physio True-up on my fenix 8 and I was hoping for some guidance. I just sold my fenix 7x and was hoping HRV baseline and training readiness would be shown on the Fenix 8 without the need of 3 weeks calibration.

Anyone?

I have lost my hrv and some other data after moving from 7x to 8

PhysioTrueup is automatic on the F8 just like it has been on the F7 for a long while. The ability to enable/disable was removed some versions back on the F7.

According to DC Rainmaker, there are several items that are stored on the watch including HRV and Training Readiness. Once you have worn the watch for 19 days, You will get this information back again.
