I have had my Fenix 7 sapphire solar for just on 2 years, (Forerunner 255 for 2 years prior to this with no issues) about 8 months ago I started to develop a red mark under the HR sensor on my left wrist. I would just wear the watch on the other wrist for a few days until it cleared up then put it back on the left wrist. After doing this several times I have started to now develop the same issue on the right wrist. I cleaned the watch throughly and stopped wearing the watch for about 3 weeks to let both sides clear up. I returned to wearing the watch and the same thing is happening after a few days of wear regardless of the wrist. I have tried contacting Garmin several times over the last 2 weeks but cannot get through to anyone. At the moment I have stopped wearing the watch completely. My GP believes this is not from any allergies etc. as the mark is directly under the HR sensor. Could it be a faulty HR sensor?? Not sure what to do from here??
