Garmin Fenix 7 Not Recording Sleep

My garmin Fenix 7X stopped recording sleep for three nights in a row now. I've done all the software updates and turned it off and back on. Help!! 

  • Hello @jr082507 I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. For this, there are a few initial steps to try first. 

    • If there is no HR data being recorded throughout the night, be sure battery saver during sleep is disabled. 
    • Ensure you have your sleep times set correctly in the watch. 
    • Be sure you are wearing the watch at least 2 hours before and after your sleep times. 
    • You mentioned powering the watch of and on again, but if you have not already, we would also recommend trying a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
