Fenix 7X Pro Solar Sapphire - Issue with the sleep monitoring with last firmware.

Hello,

Since the last update in 18.16 ( and maybe with the one before too), the sleep monitoring is less precise and do not detect when I sleep.

It worked better in previous version of the firmware.

Also, I have a 7 Pro, and the peripheral LEDs seem they do not work. Only the one that are in the center are lighting ...

Everything was working well before ... !?!

  • Hello   I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. For this, there are a few initial steps to try first. 

    • If there is no HR data being recorded throughout the night, be sure battery saver during sleep is disabled. 
    • Ensure you have your sleep times set correctly in the watch. 
    • Be sure you are wearing the watch at least 2 hours before and after your sleep times. 
    • If you have not already, we would also recommend trying a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
