Massive drop of hrv/sleep score

Hi

All I'd like is an answer why

Since the update 18.14 my hrv/sleep score has dropped to an unrealistic low.

Facts

I did suffer an injury but my sleep is not affected by it as little or no pain(none when not walking!!)

I am healthy, no alc/smoking or other bad for body stuff

I don't run but I do spin bike/yoga to keep the muscles working and kcal usage up

I am not stressed if anything the other way around!

The sleep score or the HRV itself I don't really care about but it affects badly on all the other stuff, like the house of cards, all going down!

In July I have been away, not my bed and actually not good sleep+some extreme workouts.

Here's a gif of it to give you an idea

I now joined the beta, 18.16 and still rock bottom!

  • Mine is the same. I have been strained for almost as long as the update and it’s consistently missing my first hour of sleep. It also says my stress is off the charts to record numbers. Meanwhile thus month I even started yoga which is showing massive declines in stress

  • Same here. HRV has been scrubbing at the bottom since the update. I feel ok, I find it hard to believe that autumn is to blame. I've had the watch since March and never had such bad results.

  • you all forget to look at the long term changes and blame the clock.
Maya had this problem but didn't see that her resting heart rate had increased in the last period.
HRV status is greatly affected when your heart beats 1 or 2 beats faster when at rest.

  • I get where you’re coming from, but my weekly avg RHR has consistently been between 46 and 47 bpm for the past year. Exception is avg 44/45 for summer holidays (2 weeks), which is also the only time my HRV goes to mid fifties and Body Battery recovers to 100% on some nights. I simply saw a sudden decline that never recovered over past weeks, despite other metrics improving.

  • I have the exact same issue as many are describing here! Since 18.16 HRV, sleep score are off and the DSW are not very useful anymore.

Thats why I reverted to 17.28 last week and it's working as it used to be. That being said, there were lots of bug reports for 17.28 as well, but it seems to work just fine and my Fenix 7.
