Hi all

Im in the UK can i get the ECG app on my watch ? if so how do i go about this? thank you

As it stands right now, the 7 pro should be in level with a £200 price range. Hardware problems, software bugs. Unusable features. A brand new watch caseing cracked out of box... how? I have requested downgrade firmwares from garmin, guess what, no reply. Forum members have sent me files to try out.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Be sure the phone OS, and the Connect app are on the latest versions.
Ensure your Connect app location is set correctly, and be sure your phone's Location services for the app are enabled.
In the app, select the device, and tap on Finish Setup. If the ECG is available, tap on this to finish ECH setup.
If this is missing from Finish setup, I would recommend removing the watch from the app. Powercycle the watch and phone. Then pair this again with the app.
