Im in the UK can i get the ECG app on my watch ? if so how do i go about this? thank you

No you can’t at this time. You can find a list of countries and watches from Garmin.
There are ways. Have a search of the internet and you should find the answer.
Basically you use a GPS spoofer to fake your phone is in the USA and then you can enable it.
