Restart Fenix help for me but its silly to do that every day
That didn't work for me. However, I got daily training suggestions again by switching my fenix 7 Pro Sapphire off and on again. After a few days they were gone again. Switching it on and off again then helped again.
Unfortunately didnt help in my case...garmin product support contacted 1 week ago...no response or even ticket created ... What a lazy bunch of ...whatever...makes me really mad!
Did you write an email? Try to contact them via Chat, that works much better in my experience.
I contacted them this morning via chat, they asked for complementary details, and I sent them a picture to document an incident ticket. I should get news from them soon.
TBH they clearly took this seriously for my case...

Same thing here. Tried the reinstall software procedure in the about screen (8 time light button) and the DSW disappeared from my calendar / run prompt this morning. Calendar is crashing when trying to scroll in it.
Garmin-Cody also contacted with me with a bunch of questions about the issue. Will answer and after I'm officially rolling back to 16.22 until this is resolved. Might also go back to Apple Watch Ultra since I lost my trust in Garmin.
I am participating in the beta tester program, the firmware is currently version 17.23.
I have problems with the DSW and the calendar. In practice the DSW doesn't work, the morning report should include the training I should be doing in addition to the various information, unfortunately it doesn't appear.
To test it out, I open a sports activity profile (cycling or running) and go to select the workouts scheduled for the day and nothing appears, in fact it goes in a loop.
I must say that in the calendar I have planned one main and some secondary race events. The main one appears but the recommended daily workouts are not visible, however the secondary events are not displayed.
Another problem, related to the calendar, is that it is not possible to see any events in the calendar, whether scheduled and scheduled via Garmin Connect or events from the Google calendar such as birthdays and other anniversaries.
The problem is solved temporarily by turning my Fenix 7X SS off and on but this can no longer be a solution to a problem that involves both the DSW and the calendar in equal measure.
Garmin must intervene by finding a solution to this annoying bug and stabilizing the firmware so that it is not changed in the DSW and calendar.
Just wondering what the questions are which can not be found in tons of posts in this forum... We already had this with Kelly_ODQA, Garmin-Laurie, now another one talking over with asking bunch of questions...I dont get it anymore...just playing on time?
IMHO this only reveal a lack of internal communication between Garmin depts.
