Topo active maps on Fenix 7 Pro solar

Hello

I have a Fenix 7 Pro solar and am not able to download Topo active maps on it.

This is what I am doing -I am going to TopoActive maps under Map Manager and when I select Add Maps, the watch first connects to my wifi and then requests for map update data. The watch then vibrates and comes back on Add Map screen.

I have updated my Fenix but still not able to get the maps. Please help. thanks.

For me the simplest solution helped, a restart of the watch: forums.garmin.com/.../where-to-find-detailed-maps

Did you connect your watch to charger?
Map download is not possible if your watch is not connected to charger.
Second, this metod takes a lot of time, easiest is to connect to PC and using Garmin Express.

I'm not sure if you answered to the thread starter, but for me, yes, I had connected the watch to a charger. After the restart i could download the maps and everything works fine now.

it worked when I did the same steps while being plugged in to a charger !

its also working via Garmin Express! Thanks again.
