Fenix 7 pro version 16.22 heart rate Data not correct

Hi since updating to 16.22 about a week ago ive had issues with the heart rate data being wrong. Ive juat done a 15mile ride on my mountain bike and i know i was pushing but my heart rate was no where near what i expected to see. Also the recovery time is 0hours. This has been the case for the past 3 activities.
is this an issue with the SW update ??

I have contacted "Support" but have yet to recieve a response.

It is known software issue.

Garmin said in some other posts they are collecting data from users. Which is what they have been saying for a long time. but issue remained not fixed. Hopefully, they will fix it in future.
