BaseCamp 4.7.5 connection broken with new firmware 16.22 on 7X pro SS

After working quite a time without any problems it stopped working again on Basecamp 4.7.5. and Fenix 7X pro sapphire solar also in beta 16.22

It worked before firmware 11.28 without problems . Then with firmware 11.28 it stopped working and with release 13.10 the problem was solved.

i noticed then with 16.18 and 16.22 it stopped again.

I am also seeing this problem with firmware 16.22 on my Fenix 7X Solar Sapphire. I had a similar problem last year but an update to BaseCamp fixed it.

I am also seeing this problem with firmware 16.22 on my Fenix 7X Solar Sapphire. I had a similar problem last year but an update to BaseCamp fixed it.

Same issue here: Fenix 7X SS, firmware 16.22 - basecamp 4.7.5

In Basecamp the installed maps are shown BUT can not be used. AND there is NO unit-ID shown behind the Fenix 7X anymore. If I drop waypoints or tracks into the internal storage there is a a Waypoints.gpx created in the GPX-Folder. The waypoints and tracks are NOT shown in the fenix under navigation "safed location" or "courses"!

GARMIN Express seems to work fine. The fenix 7X is shown in the Windows file explorer and the file transfer and file delete is working properly!

The same with Fenix 7. After update to 16.22 it stopped working with Basecamp (Windows 11). It renders exactly the same pop-up like in Bjoern post.

Garmin - please fix it. Basecamp allows (or rather allowed) to plan courses / routes and use custom maps on impressive set of various Garmin units (starting from very old ones like GPSMAP60C and the newest like Fenix 7). For many users (including me) it was a reason why I kept using and buying Garmin devices!
