Turn on the flashlight by double-clicking the backlight. How to turn off?

Hi, I don't know since when, but I noticed that when you double-click the backlight in F7PS, the flashlight turns on, but you can't control the brightness. Can this be turned off somehow? I didn't find such an option in the keyboard shortcuts.

I don't understand the obsese with 3rd party watchface.

The problem is that double click "gesture" can't be turned off.

Double click gesture is annoying!

There should be configurable…

You are talking about the quick flashlight control added with v16.10 beta, correct?

Btw: would be great, if they would add the possibility to get the control steady (yes/no) and a functionality to switch the light off via it.

If you are not in the beta there is no indicator on the screen that it's on.

Believe or not it happens to me randomly during the night. Flashlight eats battery like crazy and I find it at the morning half empty. I would also love to turn double click for flashlight off.

Subsequently downloaded watchfaces from the Appstore are known to have a negative impact on the double-click speed. With these watchfaces from the store, the speed required for double-clicking is delayed (obviously due to the CPU load). As a result, 2 clicks at a greater distance are sufficient to activate the flashlight.

Use a stock build in watchface, and it won't happen anymore.

Nah I'm with op it's kind of annoying I'd also like to disable it from the double tap function

Unfortunately the double click flashlight function cannot be removed. If you are concerned about accidentally lighting the flashlight, I would recommend using the device Lock function. When you have the device locked, the buttons will not respond unless you press and hold a button to unlock the watch first.

To lock the device:

Press and hold the Light button
Scroll to and select the Lock icon
To unlock, press and hold any button

To add the Device lock to the Control menu:

Hold the Light button
Hold the Menu button
Select Add Controls
Navigate to Lock control
Select to add this
