Turn off? Double-click the backlight again. Or are you only talking about to adjust the brightness? Not possible at the moment. Via double click is the last brightness setting used.

There is no way to deactivate the function.
Why would you do that? It's a great hardware enhancement that has been added to the Pro models.
Because we can accidentally turn on this function without even knowing about it and the flashlight will work all the time without our knowledge.
By accident ? Why would you accidentally press the light button twice in succession?
Because the delay is to long, I often activate the flashlight when I just want to turn the backlight on and off for a quick look.
The new on screen brightness selector can help to visually show when you activated it by accident.

How should one not notice that the flashlight was enabled (even if accidentally)? Even in daylight, if I take a lock on the display, I recognize, if it is switched on. And a quick double-click accidentally?
