I am sorry you have the issue. There are a series of steps you can try to resolve the behavior that began with your Fenix 7 Solar watch.
Please try the following:
1) Remove your watch from your Connect Mobile APP and from your smartphone System > Bluetooth menu.
2) Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
3) Double check your watch sleep settings are setup correctly for you in your watch's System > Sleep Mode > Schedule menu.
4) Delete your Connect Mobile APP then download it again from your Google Play or Apple APP store
5) Bluetooth pair your watch through your Connect Mobile APP.
If your watch is still not recording sleep (and assuming your OHR sensor and accelerometer movement sensor are both working for everything else that you record with your watch) please reset your watch to defaults.
If despite everything you have tried above, you still have no sleep recorded, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
Followed all the above advise , still doesn't work!
