Amazon Music All Access Playlists?

Amazon Prime gives customers “All Access” playlists in Amazon Music. Although there’s a lot of limitations to these all access playlists, they do allow offline / downloaded content: https://us.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=TpNANM9V17q0OS1Ry1

I do not have Amazon Music Unlimited, just the basic Amazon Music that comes with prime and only allows downloading of “all access” playlists.

Using the Amazon Music app on my Fenix 7, I can successfully download and play the algorithm created all access playlists, such as “My Mix.” However, I cannot download the 1 user created All Access playlist I’ve created. The watch app sees this all access playlists and does attempt to download it, but it hangs at 0% for a couple minutes and then just exits the download screen without actually downloading the playlist.

I did report this to the developer in the Connect IQ phone app, but Amazon hasn’t replied.

Has anyone else had success with downloading a user created All Access playlist, without having to pay for Music Unlimited?

I'd love to have this sort of access. Myself and many others have had zero access to any playlists for ages now. We don't even get access to the "all-access" playlists even with Prime. The reviews for the app have noted this for weeks now.

I recently managed to find a fix for it by going into the Amazon Music app on my home computer via the web browser and selecting to add those playlists and now I can actually see them. There are many, many negative reviews because they have stopped making it possible to see them as a default.

I am also facing this same issue. I am able to see the playlist curated by Amazon Music but can't see or download my playlist under "All Access". Sometimes it is visible sometimes not. When I download it shows 0 tracks and can't play.

Suddenly this is happening to me. For a long time I could sync the All Access playlists that came free with prime, although I could never got it to sync the one list I made - the one they allow you to make for free. About five months ago I used the free trial of unlimited, so no issues. This month I discontinued the unlimited trial and since then, I can't get any lists. This is annoying. I'm in the process of loading old music and looking for a new player -- but I think the problem is on Garmins end

I had the same issue, I upgraded to Amazon Music 30 day free trial and the problem magically disappeared! No wonder Jeff Bezos can afford to go to space on holiday! So the problem is fixed for now but I don’t know if it will recur once I cancel the free trial….
