As everyone is aware, Garmin messed up with the 14.31 firmware update. Currently, it seems the only effective solution is to downgrade back to version 13.22. However, Garmin hasn't released the 13.22 firmware for the Tactix 7 series, and I've reached out to customer support for two days, even on weekends, but haven't received a response. Can anyone provide assistance?
The majority of people in the forums say the opposite.
Well, that can't be said so sweepingly. Have you counted the people who have complained about battery problems in the various threads on 11.28 and 13.22 ?

In the beta forum 13.xx there are NUMEROUS complaints about beta 13.xx, which was then released as 13.22 final : 
121 approvals.
In contrast, "only" 57 complaints can be found for Beta 14.xx. This beta then became 14.31 final public version:

But anyway, I can only report from myself, and can say that with me it was catastrophic with 11.28 and 13.22 ( 2% per hour) and with 14.31 so far no problems.
As a note, I can say that my high battery drain problem was definitely caused by the constant Bluetooth disconnects.
