Fenix 7 / Tactix 7 routes in nautical miles

I would like to ask if there is going to be an update that would finally fix the issue where all the routes that are downloaded to the watch show the route length in nm (nautical mile) instead of km (kilometer)?

Or there something that I can do to fix this? I have tried a factory reset but didn’t work. Watch has the latest updates.

Update April 30, 2025:

I do see there was a known issue that was causing course distance to display in nautical miles. Our engineers are indicating this was previously resolved with SW version 13.22, shortly…

It is not a general issue, because for me it shows in km, as intended. Have you tried a factory reset?

The question is whether they are actually nm that are specified or whether only the designation is wrong ?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but I have made a 33 kilometer route and my watch says in the route list that it is 17,97 nm. So it converts the km to nm for some reason.

Well, so it's nautical miles that are output. (km/1,852 = nm)
If I remember correctly, it was with my Fenix 6 at that time only the designation (nm instead of km).
Since there will certainly be an update. You yourself can not do anything.

I would like to bring this up again. It is is more of an annoyance than a show-stopper, but anyhow still present in 17.20.

All metrics work as intended. Just the listview, when selecting a saved track for navigation is broken.

Do you use a fenix or a tactix?

Yes, I have already re-installed the Firmware due to the major issues with 17.##

Tactix 7 version 17.28 and I have this issue as well.
