Tactix 7 v11.28 Activity Showing Nanometers (nm)

Hi, after updating my Tactix 7 to 11.25 software, I've noticed 2 bugs:

- course distance showing in nautical miles in course list (even though my settings are in kilometers)

- elevation plot showing the elevation in feet, even though my settings are in meters

Is there any way to fix that other than waiting for the next update?

The rollout has been paused (cancelled?) afaik. There's gonna be a new version soon (two alphas have already been released).

The Tactix has to wait a little longer, I'm afraid.

If only Garmin would release Alpha/Betas for the T7 :) I don't really care about the aviation features that prevent them releasing the Betas so would be happy to lose them TBH.

i myself haven't seen too much in the way of bugs except: 1. bluetooth sync seems to take quite a bit longer these days and sometimes doesn't sync at all 2. for the first time in a year of ownership i've seen some lag on my t7 pro while spinning around in the controls menu.

I have had this problem since a few updates back. When I select an activity and ho to select a saved route, the distance is in nautical miles. All distance related options are set to kilometers on my watch and in garmin explore. This just doesn’t seem to get fixed.

me too, in the "All Statistics" panel after the activity. But in "Elevation Profile" it gets even more confusing.

While the graph is in Meters, like it is set in System Settings, the difference shown above the graph is in Feet WITHOUT a unit behind it. So you got to figure by calculation the difference from graph, which is easy in a simple case like that but...

My distance is correct though. Kilometers both. But that seems to be the same topic?

Tried to set all Settings to "feet" and after that set it back, no joy so far, only the normal Elevation Widget changed to feet an back to meters as proove the change was made.

Hi, FYI: after getting the latest update, the “nm” issue got fixed but course elevation plot still shows as feet, not meters.
