The problem with F7 X Solar and Basecamp+Mapinstall (update?) (and seems you can't send an email to support outside working hours)

After recent update (11.28?) Fenix X 7 Solar gets message from BaseCamp (PC) "There was a problem to communicate with device Fenix 7"  and Mapinstall doesn't recognize the device anymore.
The Garmin Express recognizes the device.
What I did:
1. Totally factory reset the watch (Reset with erase all data. lost all my data but ok)
2. Install all Express, BaseCamp with MapInstall on a NEW(!) PC Laptop .
3. The situation the same: Garmin Express has no problem to see and update device, BaseCamp shows the error message but seems to be in a limited connection with the device. Mapinstall can't recognize the device anyway.
