Fenix 7 experiencing a random restart during activity with no apparent cause.

Hi, my Fenix 7 is restarting randomly during activity. Software 11.28. Typically crashes and reboots after 15 - 50 minutes of activity. I encounter crash and rebot at about 70 % of 1 - hour activities. After self - restart it comes back to screen where I can resume interrupted activity. I did factory reset, reinstalled maps, removed all non-garmin apps and nothing changed. Any ideas what can be done about it ?

To me it didn't happen for some time, but today it did it again :(.

It is a software bug for sure! They need to fix it

Hi again ,

Today I joined the beta software program. And installed 13.10 version.

Tomorrow I'll test it with a run workout.

My watch was replaced by service - they sent me new one. As far - fortunatelly - the new one works fine.

I am also having this problem every time I click onto a external app I.e Spotify the watch restarts

Same here also twice in one week and both during a one hour pool swim, second time complete reset to factory settings but now the watch doesn’t pair with my phone and so it’s now useless from one moment to the other

I have same problem with my Fenix 7 sapphire solar. Contacted Garmin support and they recommended to delete all activities from watch history. Will see if it helps. It’s really frustrating with such a high end device.
