Inaccurate pace on treadmill after calibration F7

Hello I've recently purchased the Fenix 7 and after calibration on a treadmill run at 10min miles because it wasn't showing correct pace as well as it uploads incorrect data to my Strava it still shows incorrect pace on my next treadmill runs for example if I'm sprinting it still thinks I'm running at 10min miles. Can anyone help?

    You mentioned that you are running 5k, but is the watch distance data fields showing at least the 2.4km? It is required for the watch to pick up this minimum distance in order to see the Calibrate option. So be sure you are not holding the handlebars of the treadmill. You will want to have your arms swinging freely to pick up the distance. 

    If this is still not showing the distance, or the Calibrate option, I would recommend running outdoors for 20 minutes with GPS regularly. The watch will use your steps for indoor activity distance. However, if this is falling so far out of calibration that this is not being detected correctly, you can use GPS to being this back into calibration. 

    Then try the treadmill calibration again with your next indoor run. You may also try completing a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
