Or am I missing something?...

Garmin product support are looking into it, it might be that because its just came in to Garmin, they have already set it up with a newer software version, which will be available to everyone soon they…
What things is on it compared to 8.37
Hrv? Morning report and so on?
So I actually just got a new Fenix 7X Saphire from Garmin delivered yesterday, I did a customizable one to get a different color band. Mine also came with 8.39 installed

I didn't get a morning report... I've no idea what's new as I've no idea what came before?...could you please tell me to look out for something else to see if I have a certain feature?.
.
That's actually good news to me... that means it's not a one off... and might be just a new update?...
Thanks : -)
Based on the version number difference I wouldn't expect any drastic differences like new features. More likely internationalization or text changes only. The next official release will probably have a version number significantly higher than 8.39.
I agree.
Current beta/alfa version number is 9.22.
Yes sounds logical...
