New Fenix 7x running Software version 8.39....?

I just had a new replacement Fenix 7x solor Sapphire titanium... for my old Fenix 6x Sapphire BLK DLC free from Garmin .... but the software version is 8.39....seems to be higher than the latest official version?...

Or am I missing something?...

Garmin product support are looking into it, it might be that because its just came in to Garmin, they have already set it up with a newer software version, which will be available to everyone soon they…

So I actually just got a new Fenix 7X Saphire from Garmin delivered yesterday, I did a customizable one to get a different color band. Mine also came with 8.39 installed

Also got a new Replacement Device. As well with .39. No major differences to .37. Anyway i am installing Alpha again. Had no issues with it.

Thanks for confirming some new devices are shipping with slightly tweaked software.,with no significant changes..

Can you please check if your compass locks up or points to wrong direction? It might take a few days of wearing for it to happen. Thanks.

Yes I'm already keeping an eye on it... It needed a calibrate out of the box, it calibrated quickly, and behaved correctly, even after changing to a Titanium bracelet, it didn't need further calibration....

I'll let you know if anything changes.

My compass at replaced watch works fine out of the box. Had 8.39 and worked without calibration.
