Garmin fenix 7 buttons issue

Same in my case. So it seems they are like that, no?, because I really had better feel on the Fénix 6, like more consistent and not that double click (that honestly seems fragile, not solid). 

Have had the watch 2 days.  Day 1 experienced the swim/no distance problem.  Now today, the middle button the left side does not work at all.  Press and press and no click, no response from the watch.  Bottom left button clicks, works fine.  Now can't access a lot of the watch's functions.  After 2 days, very disappointed given this is a very pricey device.

Problema identico con tasto il centrale sinistro che non è per nulla reattivo come gli altri.. già alla prima accensione la delusione è stata grande e peggiorava di giorno in giorno. inviato in assistenza dopo una settimana di utilizzo con molta amarezza  e speriamo non mi dicano che sia normale dover esercitare tutta quella pressione per farlo funzionare. Ogni tre click in sequenza ne salta due. Ho sempre avuto Garmin e i tasti erano una meraviglia , persino il mio 3 hr ancora risponde alla grande dopo tantissimi anni

Same problem on top left and bottom right buttons. I have send it to customer service and substitute the whole watch. After 10 days same problem again. Lucky I am under warranty, but what if same problem happens after warranty expires? it's a 1.000 $ plus watch, my 735XT never had similar problem....very disappointed
