Bug? GPS lost during activity

I was wondering about the difference between first and second ride since on first ride I also was in the widgets. But I only checked solar intensity first ride.

Second ride I definitely did view third party widget (AccuWeather) which I didn't do on the first ride.

Bugs are bad, but when there's a workaround temporary then it is okay until next update.

Wow, I am happy that today I found this thread. Not much luck since Garmin does not seem to care (or not enough people demanding this to get fixed), that ticket is open for over 4 month now.

You are lucky that this ticket is still open. A ticket that was opened after my bug report to Outdoors Support was closed after a couple of weeks and they said I was the only one who reported that bug. Yes, it may be, because all the others reported it to the BETA Team (also called Quality Team). They closed it in spite of having received a link to a thread where 8-10 people confirmed the same. Blimey!

Well can't hurt to report it to everybody to get this fixed not disregarded.
