Fenix 6 takes ages to sync

Hi,

My Fenix 6 is taking several minutes, something like 30-40 mins, to sync.

Also response time after touching any button is really slow. Delay could be 20 secs.

I've tried to go back to factory settings with a hard reset but it hasn't changed anything. I supposed it was a software problem but if a hard reset can't solve it, maybe it's some hardware issue.

Trying to explain to Garmin support in Spain is kind of useless. They don't read emails. Just say "hard reset" or send the device to them. I don't want to lose my watch for 3 weeks! Anybody experienced anything similar?

Have you tried a sync using cable to use Garmin Express on computer. There has been a few map updates recently and I’m wondering whether your device is trying to sync a lot of data and slowing everything.

I’m assuming you have have updated Connect on phone.

Thanks for your answer Ryan. I haven't access to a computer, so I'm stuck with just the device and the app
